General conditions of event rental …
- Our goods, plants and equipment are only for hire.
- Any order (or modification) must be placed by means of a written document.
- In case of out of stock in the desired variety or height of plant, it will be replaced automatically by the nearest hope.
- Plants are delivered with standard containers (white, black, gray, brown) at no extra cost or with designer containers with extra.
- Any order will only be taken into account after receipt of its full payment. In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, the rental amount is due in full.
- The prices are without taxes in Euros (€) for the usual duration of an event (maximum 7 days). It includes: delivery, installation, maintenance according to the duration of the show and removal.
- Any delivery outside Monaco and / or neighboring municipalities will be subject to a prior agreement.
- The tenant is solely responsible for the rented plants, from delivery to recovery.
- Equipment insurance is compulsory. The refusal of insurance automatically implies the full responsibility of the tenant in the event of damage and / or disappearance of the goods which will be invoiced at their selling prices. Its regulations will confirm the warranty.
- The lessor cannot be held responsible for delays or defects in delivery due to force majeure or for any other reason beyond its control.
